Nestled in the verdant heart of the Pacific Northwest, The Meehl Foundation Spiritual Retreat Center comprises 45 sprawling acres seated on a vortex of intense healing energy.
The grounds offer multiple sleeping accommodations, comfortable indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, and a host of natural scenic areas… as well as a private meditation room, medicine wheel, sweat lodge, red light therapy bed, and hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

Deb is the president and founder of the Meehl Foundation Spiritual Retreat Center. As a plant shaman, she specializes in entheogenic ceremony and soul retrieval for cPTSD and treatment-resistant depression because she’s experienced the compassionate healing of our sacraments first-hand.
With 8+ years as a paramedic and an additional 14 years in clinical residential treatment, Deb is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), critical incident debriefing, brain SPECT imaging, and clinical hypnotherapy. In her quest to bridge the gap between clinical and spiritual healing, she has also received a Doctor of Divinity, Kambo practitioner training, and has studied with Shamans and indigenous teachers from across the globe.
In total, she has over 20 years in the trenches of trauma and addiction and has witnessed first-hand the unprecedented and unparalleled ability of entehogenic soul retrieval to heal the heart and soul of our most pressing personal and social issues.
Micheal is Debra’s husband and co-facilitator. With over 40 years of direct experience with sacrament, including several “Hero” and “God” doses, he has a keen relationship with each of our sacraments.
This deep, personal relationship provides him a unique foundation for gently guiding seekers through any possible experience during ceremony and allows him to powerfully transmute dense energy for higher healing.
He has seen life from every angle, experienced sacrament in every form imaginable, and integrated it all into a compassionate warrior spirit that guards the safety of every ceremony with staunch integrity and abiding compassion.
Em is our resident herbalist, ritualist, and lorekeeper. With decades in service to the divine, they were a formative force in shaping our vision, programs, and ceremonies.
They have an unparalleled depth and breadth of both clinical and spiritual experience. With certifications in a wide variety of modalities, as well as initiation/ordination into multiple lineages and traditions, and a neurodivergent “special interest” in all forms of folklore and ritual, they are a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge. We often call them ‘human google’, and are never disappointed by their endless wisdom or their talent to distill complex universal principles into simple, accessible language.
As a chronically ill, radically queer, non-binary practitioner dedicated to their own journey of decolonization, reconnection, and reconciliation, Em has a deep respect for the significance of lived experiences. And a well-honed ability to bridge experience to understanding through a philosophy of non-judgement, radical acceptance, and soulful empowerment.
Greyson is a professional percussionist, sound engineer, and DJ with nearly 4 decades of experience crafting soundscapes that speak to the soul, move the body, and shift consciousness. Perfectly melding his practical skill and magical disposition with a keen interest in Druidry and Norse Shamanism, he fosters a unique partnership with our plant sacraments and sacred journeys.
A jolly, gentle giant with the soul of a fae and the aura of a teddy bear, Grey combines infectious joy and childlike wonder with the grounding presence of an earth elemental.
As a self-professed foodie with years of professional culinary experience and a love of crafting post-ceremony breakfast tacos, Grey has a talent for nourishing and grounding body, mind, and soul with beautifully curated and artfully crafted sensory experiences.
