The Meehl Foundation is delighted to introduce DAUPHINE BILLINGSLEY-HEBERT as its therapist and skills trainer. DAUPHINE brings a wealth of knowledge both professionally and personally to her work. Dauphine spent the first 15+ years of her working career in law enforcement before entering the field of mental health. She, therefore, is able to combine her past experience as a Juvenile Probation Officer/Supervision Officer with her clinical training and expertise to help families identify, achieve and maintain the traits of a healthy family.
Dauphine Billingsley is a passionate and solution focused Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, who has recently joined the nationally recognized Meehl Foundations Dialectical Behavioral Team. As an Intensively trained DBT Therapist Dauphine, specializes in Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Substance Abuse and is the Director of the Meehl Foundation Intensive Out-patient Substance Abuse program in Lake Jackson, Texas.
Additionally, Dauphine is an educator for the Houston Community College System and motivational speaker. Dauphine has spent the past 3 years working with Community Mental Health Centers, Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs as a the Director of Clinical Affairs and/or Compliance Consultant. As a part of THE MEEHL FOUNDATIONS Dialectical Behavioral Team, Dauphines focus is aligned with the Foundations mission of Helping Clients and Their Families Create “Lives Worth Living”.
