bipolar in your life, you are better able to identify, monitor and address triggers as they
manifest themselves in your life.
Tracking Bipolar symptoms using a Mood Chart
This chart is for everyone - the Bipolar and family members alike.
It is best used when combined with your journal and therapy, helping you to see patterns
of your behavior or reactions that might otherwise go unnoticed. The patterns that emerge may be
helpful in adjusting medications or better identifying issues for therapy.
Using and completing this chart will be very helpful to everyone.
