Pharmaceutical companies offer Free Medications for low income & disabled persons

Generally, you will find that your doctor has the necessary forms for you to complete. As a part of the process, your doctor must sign the application and attach a script to it and mail it directly to the pharmaceutical company. We have provided this information on the off chance that your doctor or therapist is unaware of this program and to provide with a way to obtain/order the application yourself.
